Take all three inserts out before washing. Machine wash the outer shell and 290 TC pillowcase at 40°C with mild detergent and no chlorine bleach, then dry them as their sewn-in labels direct. Do not wash, soak, tumble-dry or dry-clean the inserts. They sit inside the pillow and should not need routine cleaning; if they need freshening, air them in a dry place and gently reshape them by hand.

Love the Adapt Go Pillow, honestly after 3 nights abroad with uncomfy firmer pillows and sleepless nights this is a life saver, it’s really flexible as has layers so I can easily put the layers flat in my suitcases and then adapt to comfort on arrival to make a super comfy pillow I can actually sleep well, love it! Will def be coming with me on my next holidays !
I previously bought the smaller travel pillow that I reviewed as being too small. I changed to this pillow and what a difference! Yes it’s considerably bigger but that’s good, for me. While smaller than a normal pillow it’s not by much so makes it far more comfortable than the previous one. Not quite as comfortable as my normal pillow but it’s going to make my holidays/hotel stays far better. It’s certainly better than hotel pillows. I’m relieved, to say the least, as I have a long trip to Australia soon and know that I can sleep better. It has enough support to tuck neatly into my neck although I do have to plump it up to get really comfy, but it is a travel pillow!!!! I have added a photo of my normal pillow for comparison. Finally, I have to comment on the customer service. To say it’s been outstanding is an understatement. They have gone out of their way to ensure I have to correct product and am happy. I will certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you. 🙋♀️
Great travel pillow - compact and can be used in a variety of ways

I bought this as everywhere I travel I hate the pillows - it doesn’t matter if it’s a friends house, nice hotel or fancy villa, I do nothing but complain about neck & back pain. So I decided to try it out before my upcoming holiday and it is now my every day pillow, I love it so much. I only wish I had have found it sooner.
