We love what we do and aim to deliver your orders with care and attention.

UK Delivery
• Free Delivery: On orders over £59.99.
• Standard Delivery: £3.89, usually 1–3 working days.*
• Next Day Delivery: £9.87.*

EU Delivery
• £13.88, 5–10 working days.*

Non-EU Delivery
• £24+, 10+ working days.*

* For orders received by 12 noon.

Return and Refund Policy

Snoooze’s return policy is 30 days from receipt of goods, for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a proof of purchase and the return of the goods.

To start a return, please email info@snoooze.uk for a return form to be emailed to you.

Please note that products are returned at your own risk and we recommend that you use a guaranteed postal service or “signature required” method of return.
